There’s a lot to tackle when a business is moving, closing down, or is about to have an ended lease, and it’s not easy. Office furniture doesn’t have to all go to landfill. A dilapidations schedule may have shown up on your desk, and the works stated in it may not be as bad as they look. Employees can’t work in the new space until it’s fitted out.
We take care of all the above as one task, without the need of five contractors who communicate poorly.
Business Moving with Relocation Services & Storage — it’s important to move when your business is operationally able to be moved, as relocating a business and not just the office furniture is the focus.
Clearance — we clear out offices, retail units, and warehouses the right way.
Recycling and Reusing — in order to avoid wastage, we recycle, and resell or reuse as much of the office furniture and equipment as we can.
Space Planning and Placement of Furniture — we combine office space layouts with furniture that is tailored to the needs of the office staff.
Fit Outs — we can fully manage the project for anything from a basic office refurbishment to a full fit out and keep you informed of any delays or scheduling issues.
Refurbishments & Dilapidations – Just because a dilapidations schedule is issued doesn’t mean there is a dispute and conflict. Understanding what items on the dilapidation schedules are actually necessary to complete versus what items are simply a starting point for negotiations is key.
Most of the stress in these situations comes from uncertainty and not knowing what is going on or what will happen. Once a plan is formalised and people are clearly assigned to oversee the plan’s implementation and progress, the uncertainty and stress largely diminishes.
Let us know what your primary concern is – a relocation, a clearance, dilapidations, a fit-out, etc. – and we can explain what those things specifically entail.
